A Smoke test for an Upgrade (of Allscripts Enterprise EHR / Touchworks) consists of following a smoke test plan that takes a user through all of the menu screens and fuctionality aspects of the program in order to ensure that the upgrade/installation was completed sucsessfully and that basic functionality has been established.
