Q. The provider was not being required to enter their password when signing all their notes. Why?
A: Its possible the authentication time out has been set to a long period of time (Preferences > General). This means that if a provider signs a note, enters their password then creates a second note and signs it within the time period they will not be required to enter their password on the second note.
