System is not requiring the provider to sign all notes

The system was not requiring the provider to enter their password when they signed their note. Why?

Answer: The authentication time out has been set at 5 minutes. This means that if a provider signs a note, enters their password then creates a second note and signs it within 5 minutes they will not be required to enter their password on the second note.
