TouchWorks PM Appointment Status
Confirmed The patient has been called and has confirmed that they are coming in for the scheduled appointment. It is a way to document that the appt was confirmed so you can charge for a missed appointment. If an appointment is not confirmed it cannot be billed as missed.
Acknowledged This is the equivalent of the 'Arrived' status in the TouchWorks EHR
