V11 Upgrade-Process Client - This is a power point presentation developed by Allscripts that gives a good overview of the upgrade process and the work effort nessecary from your organisation in order to have a successful upgrade. This document contains a very good high level overview of the process. If you have not recieved this dociument, please ask you Account Manager or Upgrade Consultant for a copy.
Bandwidth checker tool & V11 Upgrade questionnaire - These two forms need to be filled out and returned to your Account Manager in order for them to be able to procees with the Health Check of your system.
