If all of your v10 Groups are assigned to a v11 Specialty you are all set. If one or more of your v10 Groups is not assigned to a Specialty you must perform the following task. Assign V10- Groups to V11 Specialties This should have been done during the Phase I upgrade, but please confirm.
All of your v10 Groups must have a corresponding Specialty. To confirm...
- extract your “Groups” SSMT content Category
- Extract your “Specialties” SSMT Content Category
- Compare the two.
If all of your v10 Groups are assigned to a v11 Specialty you are all set. If one or more of your v10 Groups is not assigned to a Specialty you must perform the following task. (Normally the group is not mapped to the specialty because there is no corresponding Specialty. So we create a Specialty and map accordingly.)
- Login to TWAdmin
- Dictionaries
- Specialties
- Add a Specialty for each Group that has no corresponding Specialty
- Log out
- Log Into SSMT
- Extract the Groups to Specialty Maping Content Category
- Assign the V10 Group to the new specialty
- Load and test
