Assigning your V10 Groups to the V11 Specialties

Since V11 Note uses the V1 Specialities vs the V10 Groups, you will need to confirm that all of your V10 Groups are correctly mapped to their corresponding V11 Specialty. Extract the “Groups” SSMT content Category from your Test environment Extract the “Specialties” SSMT Content Category from your Test environment Compare the two

If all of your v10 Groups are assigned to a v11 Specialty you are all set and the task is complete. If one or more of your v10 Groups is not assigned to a V11 Specialty you must get them assigned by mapping the Groups to Specialties.

Login to SSMT from your Test environement and Extract the "Groups to Specialty Mapping" Content Category Determine if you have the Specialities you need to map your Groups to. If you do, simply map them by lo If you can map the Group(s) to an exisitng Specialty do so Assign the V10 Group to the new specialty

  2. Dictionaries
  3. Specialties
  4. Add a Specialty for each Group that has no corresponding Specialty
  5. Log out
  6. Log Into SSMT
  7. Load and test
