V11 NoteForms

v11 NoteForms are delivered linked to the allscripts-delivered specialties. If clients decide to create their own specialties or sub-specialties, then they would have to link the appropriate NoteForms to each specialty/sub-specialty they create. This can be done by copying the delivered NoteForms, renaming them, and assigning them to the correct specialty/sub-specitly.
