V11 Note Selector Window

The v11 Note Selector window has at least two radio buttons, one for v10 notes, and one for v11 notes labeled "Notes". BOTH v10 and v11 notes in the v11 Note Selector window are driven by specialty. You can manually create specialties or sub-specialties and they will also display in the Specialty dropdown lists within the v11 Note Selector window.

One advantage to using sub-specialties is that they display in a submenu to the parent specialty in the dropdown list as seen in the picture below.
