V11 Note Templates

In v10, text templates could be assigned to a user's My Favorites List, but in v11, text templates can ONLY be assigned to a specialty. When completing Group to Specialty mapping for v10-v11 upgrades, if multiple groups are mapped to one specialty, then the list of text templates within the note sections for each specialty could become unmanageable.
