When configuring the Worklist, there are several filters the IC can utilize to create a view specific to the practice’s needs. To access these filters go to

TWAdmin --> Work Def Admin --> Worklist --> Edit Button (In the toolbar).

Filters

Clinical Source

Displays all clinical sources that can be used as a filter. These clinical sources come from the Specimen Source dictionary in TWAdmin.

Review Needed

Displays available users that the worklist can view as a filter. Rather than building a worklist for each provider, you can check the Current Provider option in the bottom left hand corner of the section. This option allows the provider who is currently logged in to view data applicable only to their user login.

Order Type

The available order types that can be used as a filter.

Performing Provider

Displays users that can be used as a filter. If you users are displayed, you can use the “Add” button for search for a user. Again, you may select the Current Provider” option in the bottom left hand corner of the section to filter the worklist for the provider logged in.

Order Status

Displays all order statuses that can be used as a filter. These values come from the Order Status Reason dictionary in TWAdmin.

Order Status Reason

Displays available status reasons that can be used as a filter. Order Status Reason also includes:
  • Review By Current Provider: Check this option to include items that require review by the current provider logged into the system.
  • Unverified Items: Check to turn on a filter for unverified items for ALL patients, NOT for current patient only. This option also allows you to filter by Meds, Immunizations or Orders.
  • Requires Verification/Review Status: This option is only available when the Requires Verification Order Status Reason is selected. The default view is Show All.

Order Priority

Displays all order priorities that can be used as a filter.

Abnormal Level

Allows you to set filters based on results of an order. For example, if users want to see all orders flagged Abnormal, they must check the box next to the Abnormal filter.
