An appointment exists at another date or time with the same External Appointment Number. You will see this if your PM system allows "moves" appointments without sending a new Appointment Number.


  • Your PM system could cancel the initial appointment and create a new appointment with a new Appointment Number.
  • Your PM system could do a "BAR Move", named after IDX's Billing and Accounts Receivable (currently part of GE Centricity Business Solutions). A bar move entails canceling the initial appointment and your interface would set the "Appt Cancel Reason" to BAR Move. Then a second message would be sent with the updated appointment time.
