CMT ERRORS

Error #1: "Either BOF or EOF is true, or the current record has been deleted. Requested operation requires a current record."

This error is a result the of the "General Description" section of the specific Document Type under TWAdmin>Document Type Dictionary> Note Properties...having an abbreviated version of the words Post-Op or Follow-Up instead of the verbiage being spelled out as it is under the "name" section. To resolve this error, change the general description of the document type so that it is spelled out exactly the same as it is under the "name" section.




Error #2: "Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error 80040e14." Could not find stored procedure "IMP Get Noteform Images"

This error is typically due to an incorrect or outdated version of CMT being utilized with the current version of EEHR. Please confirm that the version of CMT being used is appropriate for the version of TWEHR that is installed.
