Ensure the desired CareGuide is activated as Enterprise, ensure that the correct diagnosis (ICD-9 or ICD-10) is being selected and that the gender and age range is appropriate for your patient. A list of ICD-9/ICD-10 codes and associated CareGuides can be found on ClientConnect.
