EMR Go Live Assessment
There is much data to be collected when building for Go Live. I've attached two documents that should be helpful in preparation. These should supplement your build activity workbook and project plan. These documents include items related to EMR and PM rollout.
- Guideline for Development of Go Live - contains activities that should be completed, who should conduct them, and when these activities should be completed: File:Guideline for Development of Go-Live Readiness Program.xls
- Go Live Assessment - contains examples of questions you should be prepared to ask the go live sites to assess their wants/needs. If done early enough in the project timeline this can also help identify items missed during initial assessments, such as interface needs: File:Go Live Site Assessment v11.xls
