How to tell how recently a wiki article has been updated

On any page on the public or internal wiki, there is a history tab at the top of the page. Clicking on history you will display when the article was last updated and who updated it.

To see what exactly was updated from each version of the article to the next, click the radio button for the newest and oldest revisions you would like to compare, then click "Compare selected revisions". This will direct you to a comparision page highlighting any additions or deletions in red.
