Questions & Answers from the Webcast

Q: How do you reprocess a message?

A: When you open a message in the logs, the first icon on the top dashboard looks like a piece of paper being filed with an arrow pointing to the right. If you hover over that icon, it says "Resubmit or forward this message." When you click that button a new window appears and if you click 'Resubmit' the message is placed back into the channel's queue.

You can reprocess multiple messages by clicking on the "Processed" icon. That will prompt you to start the queue of that channel either at that message or any messages that come after it.

Q: How do you promote code between environments?

A: You can save project data while in the main scripting view. This stores the script, along with any nodes, as well as message definitions and sample messages into a .zip file that can be imported into other environments.

Q: How do you call a web service?

A: You can specify your URL path and configure your connectivity options through a script defined on either you destination tab or your source tab depending on what you're trying to do.
