Multiple choice
Setting up multiple choice options with Text Templates tends to be most useful in situations where you may have a mutually exclusive set of options to choose from, a series of options to choose from, or a list of options to choose from. Placing bracketed choices side by side or in vertical list format will create a set of potentially inclusive options. If only one choice is selected then the remaining will not appear in the note. If more than one option is chosen then all of the selected choices will appear in the note.
