TouchWorks Bridge is an add-on tool for ConnectR 4.6.2 or later that allows a user to resolve Patient Not Found (-100) errors by manually selecting a patient from TouchWorks to override the demographics information in the message that generated the error.

All processing within Bridge happens outside of ConnectR. Bridge does not modify the ConnectR message log or process mappings. Bridge does return a sucess or fail indicator so that ConnectR can decided if it should remove an error from the worklist.
