Pre-Conference NOTE SIG – Chris Duskin/Hutchinson Clinic

• Turn off auto-configuration on noteforms not modified

• Issue: Duplicate forms auto-configuring into HPI; Possible Solution: do not auto-config in the HPI section of the note(s)

• Narrative sections are essential, allow text boxes in all noteforms

• Manage expectations of how note forms work and how they are best used

• Multi-problem visit with multi-auto config noteforms populating can be an issue

• Allow for “all normals”, however modify to be the minimum data providers ALWAYS do

• All normal in note section allow in noteforms vs. note sections however obtain provider input
