Print Dialogue Box

From time to time users will need to change where they print an order requisition. If a printer has already been defaulted then the user may not get the Print Dialogue Box. This is how a new printer would normally be selected. To ensure that this is not an issue, one of two things can be done:

• Add User Print Defaults tab to the Horizontal Toolbar to allow the user to select a new default printer.
  

OR

• The System Administrator should have the same tab under TWAdmin, then "printing", where the default printer can be changed

on behalf of the user.
