Error #1: "Either BOF or EOF is true, or the current record has been deleted. Requested operation requires a current record."
This error is a result the of the "General Description" section of the specific Document Type under TWAdmin>Document Type Dictionary> Note Properties...having an abbreviated version of the words Post-Op or Follow-Up instead of the verbiage being spelled out as it is under the "name" section. To resolve this error, change the general description of the document type so that it is spelled out exactly the same as it is under the "name" section. See below for example:
