Pre-Conference NOTE SIG – Chris Duskin/Hutchinson Clinic

- Turn off auto-configuration on notes note forms not modified

- Issue: Duplicate forms auto-configuring into HPI; Possible Solution: do not auto-config in the HPI section of the note(s)

- Narrative sections are essential, allow text boxes in all noteforms

- Manage expectations of how note forms work and how they are best used

- Multi-problem visit with multi-auto config note forms populating can be an issue

- Allow for “all normals”, however modify data to be min. data providers ALWAYS do

- All normal in note section allow in noteforms vs. note sections however obtain provider input
