- Teach them one way the first time, then let them find other ways as they go.
- Have Super Users attend more than one training class.
- Train Medications Resend vs. Renew (sticking point for end-users)
- Consider incorporating customer service skills in your training
- Create Role Based Curriculum
- Certify your end users
- Play the "Blind as a Bat" game, where one person drives the computer with the other user sitting with their back to the screen and instructing the driver.
- Spot check/audit items trained post go live.
