Overview

The Build Workbook is owned by the Implementation Consultant and used by both the client and consulting team to track design decisions, build tasks, task owners, and due dates.

SSMT templates for populating system data and moving data between the Test and Production databases are included. To ensure the most up to date headers are used, a new template can be created by including headers when exporting data via SSMT.

To ensure that all client decisions are integrated into the design, the client should deliver an updated version of the Build Workbook prior to any scheduled build session.

Build Activities
